Apartment Three

• Rates below are for use of three bedrooms. The fourth bedroom can be added for a flat fee of $165 per stay, to be added to the rates quoted below.

• 7 nights preferred in holidays but discretion may be possible

Booking Information

• Kindly note bookings of 7 days are preferred during holiday periods although discretion may be possible;

• Check-in day is not normally available on a Sunday. Specific check-in/check-out days can be negotiated;

• Bookings of 3 to 6 days are available during non-holiday periods;

• Linen is included in the rate. All you need bring are beach towels;

• A Bond of $1,000.00 is payable if credit card details are not supplied;

• Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property

• A discount may apply for returning guests staying one week or more during off-season, so please enquire when booking.

Optional Extras

• Apartment Three - Fourth bedroom Option: A single payment of $165.00. Please note the above rates are based on usage of three bedrooms.

• The Rooftop Entertainment Area is an optional extra for a single payment of $330.00. Booked on a “first booked” basis, it is available for exclusive use. Conditions apply.
